Marketing Leadership that Brings Clarity and Direction.

Marketing becomes more complex as organizations grow. New opportunities emerge, priorities compete for attention, projects multiply, and teams become busier. Before long, marketing efforts can lose focus, not because people lack ideas or talent, but because no one has the time or perspective to bring everything together.

That's where I do my best work, bringing clarity and structure to complexity so organizations can connect ideas, align priorities, and move forward with confidence.

After nearly 30 years leading marketing and communications from within organizations in both the private and nonprofit sectors, I founded Communications CJM to bring that same strategic leadership to businesses and organizations that need experienced guidance on a flexible basis. Working alongside executives and multidisciplinary teams taught me that successful marketing isn't about doing more. It's about making better decisions, aligning priorities, and turning strategy into action.

I believe successful marketing starts with understanding the business. Before discussing tactics, I take the time to understand your objectives, challenges, audiences, and opportunities. That business-first approach helps ensure every initiative supports your organization's broader goals.

As a bilingual consultant, I also help organizations communicate effectively in both English and French, ensuring their message remains clear, consistent, and meaningful across audiences.

Clients often describe my approach as thoughtful, collaborative, and practical. I enjoy bringing people together, creating clarity, and building the structure that allows projects to move forward with confidence.

If you're looking for an experienced marketing and communications leader who understands both strategy and execution, and who can help guide your organization through its next stage of growth, I'd be happy to start the conversation.

Services are available in English and French.
